FAQ & Pie CARE
Can I modify my order after it is placed? No. We can only offer refunds if notified BEFORE your pick-up day.
Can I order more pies when I pick-up my pre-order? You can IF you wait in the same day pick-up line only.
Can I freeze my pie? Pies are best consumed within 3 days of picking up and we do not recommend freezing any of the pies.
How long will my pie last? If refrigerated properly, pies will last up to 4 days from pick-up.
How do I store my pie? Apple pies can stay out for an additional day after pick-up, but should be refrigerated thereafter. All other pies require refrigeration unless serving.
How do I serve my pie? Pies are best at room temperature as this give a chance for the butter in the crust to relax, but Key Lime and French Silk will “melt” if left out too long. Pumpkin and Berry Custard are a bit more rigid and you would only need to be mindful of the whip on Pumpkin. Pecan and Apple pies can be brought out early and allowed to fully come to room temperature.
Can I re-heat my pie? Pumpkin, Berry Custard, Key Lime, French Silk should not be re-heated; however, to re-heat your Apple or Pecan Pie, place it in the oven for 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Additional time may be required.
